DESCRIPCION
Primer álbum de larga duración de Alarm que fue, hasta cierto punto, una colección de los singles que habían estado lanzando desde octubre de 1982: 'Marching On', 'The Stand', 'Sixty Eight Guns', 'Where Were You Hiding When the Storm Broke?' y 'The Deceiver'. Como tal, tenía un atractivo inmediato ya que Alarm parecía tocar cada canción como si fuera el clímax de su registro. Eso emocionó a los oyentes. 'Declaration' fue un éxito en Inglaterra y se abrió paso hasta el Top 50 en los Estados Unidos. En retrospectiva, es más humo que fuego.TEMAS
