'Rockoon' es uno de los CD de Tangerine Dream para Miramar y uno de sus álbumes nominados al Grammy. Cuenta con su firma electrónica de la escuela de Berlín con texturas de rock & roll. Es rítmica pero no techno. Hay secuencias pesadas y algunos excelentes pasajes atmosféricos, pero la excelencia no dura.
