'Galore' resume los sencillos de la segunda parte de la carrera de Cure, desde 'Why Can't I Be You?' hasta 'Gone!'. Hay 15 canciones más, todas una joya, con una variedad vertiginosa de estilos, desde el contagioso jangle pop de 'Friday I'm in Love' y 'Mint Car', el rock gótico de 'Fascination Street', 'Pictures of You' y 'Just Like Heaven', hasta el pop dance alegre de 'Close to Me' y 'Lullaby', la locura neo-mariachi de 'The 13th', y canciones de amor como 'Catch' y 'Lovesong'. Hay un par de tropiezos. 'Hot Hot Hot!!!' suena anticuado, y la mal concebida versión de 'Never Enough'. Hay también una nueva canción, 'Wrong Number', también bastante buena. Cure es sin duda una de las mejores bandas alternativas de los 80.
